Jeannie has accumulated a range of valuable experiences and responsibilities over the course of my career in the security industry. 

Started as a volunteer server in the Security Ministry of one of the charity organizations in Singapore since 2005, in one of the most prominent charity organizations in Singapore,  Jeannie progressed through roles such as Assistant Team Leader, Team Leader, and eventually working as a full-time Manager, the Department Head of Security Department, from 2018 and continues serving as a volunteer leader to the present. These roles have equipped her with the necessary skills and expertise to effectively manage security operations, training, and development.

As the Department Head of Security Department, she reported directly to the Head of Corporate Support and held the responsibility for overseeing security operations within the organization, which entailed implementing and maintaining security protocols, managing security personnel, and ensuring the safety and well-being of staff and assets. Additionally, she is actively involved in training and development initiatives to enhance the capabilities of the security team.

In her role as a Volunteer Leader in the Security Ministry, her key responsibilities included supervising venue security operations and effectively managing incidents, which required quick decision-making, effective communication, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.

All is all, her progressive career in the security industry has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of security operations, incidents management, resource deployment, and training and development. Her role of Department Head, along with her volunteer leadership roles, have shown her excellent ability to effectively lead teams, make critical decisions, and ensure the highest level of security within an organization.
